Mr. Lea is currently the CCO at PAC where he is responsible for all legal matters, internal audits, and compliance.  As the CCO, he reports to the CEO and Board of Directors.   He provides a diverse background in business operations management, marketing, personnel development, training, human resources, corporate turnarounds, and legal expertise.  He adds significant leadership and executive-level management experience to the team with his 45 years of work along with a year of body armor study.
